BUSINESS POLICY

1. General return policy

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of your order date.
  • To qualify the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are accepted only within South Africa.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Most items are eligible unless listed under Non-Returnable Items.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or store credit. Processing typically takes 1–2 weeks.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Consumables such as edibles if the seal has been broken.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit if you prefer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is approved and when the refund has been issued.

4. Exchanges

  • We do offer direct exchanges.
  • To get a different item, return the unused product for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for your preferred item.

5. Return process

  1. Email us at 224clubhous@gmail.com with your order number, a short reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.
  3. Send the item only after receiving approval and instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue store credit.

6. Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable, insured courier to avoid lost or damaged returns.
  • We cannot issue a refund until we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 224clubhous@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
  • Tell us whether you prefer a replacement or a full refund.
  • We will resolve the issue promptly.
